Whether you’re honouring a birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, elopement, intimate wedding, or simply gathering with family or colleagues, our serene setting offers the perfect backdrop.

With seven inviting rooms and cabins, we cater to small groups of 2–14 guests, and for larger private gatherings, we can accommodate up to 20 guests when all cabin bedrooms are reserved.

From the warm Coast Salish welcome that greets you to the lasting memories you’ll carry home, our dedicated Klahoose team ensures every moment of your stay is extraordinary.

Retreats and Groups

Klahoose Wilderness Resort offers the opportunity for exclusive buyouts for retreats and groups, providing an intimate and private wilderness retreat.

TOTAL ACCOMMODATIONS: 7 

​

  • Lodge Rooms: 4 rooms, accommodating 1–4 guests each

  • One-Bedroom Cabin: 1 cabin, accommodating up to 4 guests

  • Two-Bedroom Cabins: 2 cabins, each accommodating up to 6 guests

For private use of Klahoose, we require a minimum booking of 12 guests based on double occupancy.

STAY OPTIONS:

  • Choose from 3, 4, or 7-night stays during the season.

  • Arrivals and departures are on Thursdays and Sundays only

 

For shoulder season stays between late October and

April, please contact us directly to discuss availability.

​​GROUP EXPERIENCES

Experience exclusive access to the entire resort and our dedicated staff. Enjoy unforgettable adventures like the Klahoose Whales, Waterfalls, and Wildlife Boat Tour (May to August) or Grizzly Bear Viewing Tours (late August to October). Immerse yourself in authentic Indigenous experiences, including a traditional welcome, cedar brushing-off ceremony, and spiritual bathing ceremony.

Enjoy complimentary access to all our facilities, including kayaks, paddleboards, nature trails, a wood-fire sauna, Wi-Fi, and more.

MEETING NEEDS

The heart of Klahoose Wilderness Resort is our stunning 6,000-square-foot cedar timber lodge, an ideal venue for retreats, events, and workshops. Inside, you’ll find a spacious main lounge with cozy seating around a woodstove, perfect for gathering and relaxation, along with a welcoming dining room to enjoy shared meals and conversations.  

For outdoor options, our expansive main deck and scenic campfire area provide inspiring spaces to host meetings or events surrounded by nature’s beauty.

ALL-INCLUSIVE DINNING

Ideal for groups of all sizes, our chef crafts gourmet meals served in the main lodge, offering breathtaking views of Homfray Channel.

GROUP TRAVEL

Reach Klahoose Wilderness Resort effortlessly with our charter flight options. Enjoy a scenic 60-minute seaplane journey directly from Vancouver Airport or Vancouver Harbour to our dock, or opt for a 35-minute charter flight from Vancouver Airport to Powell River Airport, where our team will meet you for a boat transfer to the resort. Additional seaplane routes are available from Campbell River and Seattle.
